I have had your service a few months ago and someone came and fixed our leaking problem. But I have called many many times for 2 days and no one followed up with my request. Very disappointing service. So we took matter into our own hands and opened the panel and tried to find out why! We found out the technician who helped fix the leak left something unplugged and that was why our fridge was not cold. Whether it is a careless mistake or intentional gesture, we wouldn’t know. But that is very bad. Fixing one problem but bringing another problem.
