Reviews
I hired True Electric Solution Corp for a panel replacement job tied to a real estate closing. I paid a $1,020 deposit (40%) on September 2 and canceled the job on September 7, before any physical work began, because the scope of what was actually required turned out to be narrower than planned. The signed invoice had no cancellation or refund terms. When I requested my deposit back, I was told $822 to $687 of it was being kept for materials supposedly purchased September 4, three days before a follow-up site visit that was still scheduled to confirm installation details. That timeline didn't add up to me. After I pushed back, the deducted amount changed twice, and I was ultimately sent a partial refund of $233.56 without my agreement on the amount. I found the deposit terms and the shifting explanations for what was kept concerning. If you work with this company, I'd get cancellation and refund terms in writing before paying any deposit, not after. I disputed the remaining balance with my card issuer.
Very nice attitude. Very professional and very helpful. I recommend this electrician and added to my professional team roster.
I highly recommend True Electric Solutions and Geovanny Fernandez! The electrical and Cat 6 wiring completed at my property was absolutely impeccable. Geovanny was extremely thorough, maintained a very neat workspace, and delivered exceptional-quality workmanship. What impressed me most was his commitment to doing everything correctly, regardless of the extra time it required. He even identified and made helpful recommendations regarding potential safety concerns that were outside the original scope of work. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine concern for the safety of my property were truly outstanding. If you’re looking for dependable, knowledgeable, and quality-focused electrical service, True Electric Solutions and Geovanny Fernandez are an excellent choice!
