I am so glad I was paired with Bradley at True Home Connections. Even though he was unable to find the part required for repair (not his fault, manufacturer is defunct) he ensured he was thorough and spent extra time trying to source parts or find a solution. I hands down will be using him again in the future for any minor repairs or service needs. I will emphasize that I myself am a disabled woman with care of my 80+ yr old mom. As such I tend to experience more scam types or unnecessary upcharges from home service providers. I had zero concern of such with Bradley and in fact he reduced his rate after discovering he could not source parts for me. Do not hesitate to hire him for your home or business needs! You won't be disappointed.

Brad was incredibly responsive, friendly, and professional, and from the moment he arrived he made us feel completely comfortable having him in our home. He took his time, explained everything, and did an amazing job mounting the TV — you could really tell he takes pride in his work.
