Reviews
True responded within 15 minutes of my first post about the job, said he’d come the same day. He arrived and solved and repaired the problem (bad outdoor outlet connection) and was on his way. Polite, clear communicator with solid skills. Highly recommend.
True was super quick to respond to my query and offered to come out the very same day. I had been struggling to install a heater thermostat for a while due to a complex, unique wiring issue in my home. Several other people had already given up on it, but True came in and fixed it in 5 minutes! I was totally blown away by his skill. He also took the time to inspect my second heater and pinpointed the root cause of its issue. Because of his exceptional expertise, I had zero hesitation hiring him on the spot for my next project to install ceiling lights in my hallway and bedroom. Highly recommended.
True is hard working and committed electrician. He is transparent and honest about his findings and recommendations. I endorse him 100%
Thank you for your help Tru. Definitely will call you for next service.
Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and patiently answered all our questions. Will definitely hire again.
Amazing experience working True. Responded very quick, came out same day. Very friendly. I appreciated him taking some time to teach and explain the work he was doing. Got everything working perfectly just the way I wanted.
True was absolutely amazing and so professional, punctual and efficient
True was everything I could ask for in a professional repairman! He answered quickly, was prompt, professional, and even extended services for us on the spot. Highly recommend and will be hiring him again for any future projects.
I was not expecting to get my issue resolved so quickly. True showed up on a Sunday and with a little detective work found my problem. Older home, some weird wiring and aging outlets. All back up and running and better than I expected. I would hire True again and recommend him without any hesitation.
