This company answered the call to inspect and repair my gas log fireplace. They came, gave estimate, and we accepted. The deposit was made, parts were ordered, and we waited. Three days early they called and asked if they could return early to finish the repair. We replied “of course”! The repair was completed and we are completely satisfied! Highly recommend!

Reviews
they were on time for their appointment but I felt very pushed by the individual that came out to give me an estimate and I was not pleased with that interaction. I actually just let them know that it was okay to leave and that I would not be moving forward with this company. The office was very responsive and kind in their reply to me. however, I never did get an estimate from the individual that came out who said he would send me an estimate within a short period of time. after 2 days I contacted the office and let them know there was no need for them to send me an estimate and that we would not be doing business. disappointed
True Air helped to replace our bathroom exhaust vent. Work was scheduled quickly and was completed faster than I expected with high quality. Jonathan was great to work with.
Professional and experienced in this field
The service guy arrived very late, and only did chimney seeep but didn’t do anything with fireplace. Apparently he cleaned from top using brush and I think my main concern is that much charcoal just fell inside. I asked him about it and he said they don’t fall inside rather just go out in air. Anyways , I want to make sure job is well done and doesn’t create any other problems.
The person who came out to do the work did a great job and was very personable.
