I had birds nesting in three exterior vents on the back of my 3-story townhouse (including one on the third story). Matt from Trushield came out and did an excellent job. He used his long ladder safely and installed strong metal vent covers on all three vents. The work looks clean and professional, and the vents still allow proper airflow. He was reasonably priced, communicative, and got it done quickly without needing an expensive lift. No more bird noises! If you need bird proofing, vent covers, or any pest control work, I highly recommend calling Trushield. Great service and honest pricing. Thanks again!

Matt and Jeff were awesome. They are very responsive and professional. They were very thorough and I am glad we switched our pest control over to them.
Tech took time to walk the property and explain the immediate plan as well as ongoing service. Very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Did a thorough application and explained what to expect.
TrueShield came out the same day to take care of a bird in my bathroom exhaust duct and added a guard to prevent birds from getting in there in the future.
Not just a one-time treatment of what turned out to potentially be two separate colonies of rats, but ongoing plans to prevent any recurrence.
Came out to fix a vent cover and get some nesting out of the house, got here quick and did a great job.
Hired. Showed up late. I spent most of the day waiting and had to leave. He did finally come, however it’s now a couple weeks later and I wanted to schedule a follow up visit as I still see lots of bugs. Completely ignored. Now I’m starting from scratch.
Very responsive and open in the estimate. Was able to come and remove birds from our exhaust vents the next day and were fair in the price. Communicated so well on what his plan was and showed pictures of his work. Let me know if other services they could help with, but was not pushy at all. Very helpful and friendly. I would recommend and use again!
Quick response and took care of the rodent digging in my yard.
Very responsive to questions, they were at the home within 24 hours of initial call with a quote and within 48 hours, they laid traps and filled in potential entryways for a mice problem. Highly recommended.
Not pushy at all. Very fact based. Great value for the square footage.
Fast and responsive. They were able to quote and provide service in the same day.
Matt was super professional and delivered quality work. After attempting to call many different exterminators, Matt was the only one that contacted me immediately after I submitted my request on Thumbtack. Thanks again Matt!
They were quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help solve the issue. I would recommend them instantly.
They were responsive and able to show up to do a bid quickly. They did not bring the right ladders to the job on the day scheduled (despite discussing it specifically during the bid), but they came back a couple days later and did a good job. From what I can tell, they did a good job... but only time will tell whether or not the pigeons on the roof stay away or not.
consultative, service-oriented, and professional, at a fair price. we were able to get started on our service quickly and we noticed results quickly.
Happy with our choice! Great work! Very detailed oriented. Will continue to use them.
They did great! Very easy to work with and went above and beyond.
Matt was very friendly and did a great job at our house. He was quick and efficient while still Being thorough at the same time. We scheduled him to come on a quarterly basis to do the outside of our home to keep us pest free. Thanks again!
He came out the next day, did a bundle for my home and my rental. Was professional, and super nice guy. Good quality work and he comes out to recheck his work and has a good guarantee
