When they make an appointment to see the landscaping project they no show and don’t even bother calling.
I had Edison from Truevine come to my home to look at a backyard weeding project and give me a bid. I paid him $50 on Venmo. He came on June 10th and said I would have a bid in 2 days — I didn't receive one. He then said I'd receive it by June 16th. I didn't receive it that day either. I contacted him again, and he said his assistant should have sent it to me. I never heard back. I requested a refund. It's now been 10 days, and I still don't have a bid, a refund, or any response from him.
Edison and his team did a great job weeding and re-laying the weed fabric and stones. They completed the job in the timeline he gave me and are very hard workers. I recommend.
Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Appreciated that Edison reached out right away and was able to come by to give a quote the same day. I had plants ready to be planted and he was able to work me into his schedule and got everything done so quickly and left no mess behind. Also appreciated getting great suggestions on future yard improvements to consider without any pressure to do more than I could afford. Will definitely reach out to them again when the time is right.
Edison failed to hold up his end of the agreement. I needed a quick quote for a job and asked him to drive by and look. He was supposed to contact me with the quote and I'd pay him the $85 estimate fee. He said he went, sent no proof, and still never sent the quote. He was paid the fee as agreed. I've waited and still no quote. His behavior is real scam-like. Beware. He might be a great guy, but he failed to have integrity with me.
Highly recommend Truvine Landscape headed by very knowledgeable, professional Edison. Excellent workers, courteous, punctual, exceptional clean-up, for weeding, general yard work plus. Reasonably priced for the quality work done.
Edison and his team handled all our landscaping issues in just 2 days! He also responded immediately and showed up to my house within an hour of my first request! Highly recommend!
Edison and the TruVine team were fantastic. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and very hard working — with a keen eye for design! We are so pleased with our front xeriscaping project and it was a pleasure to work with Edison. I am already thinking of him for another project we have!
Don’t recommend at all. These are pictures of a “brand new sod yard” When they first came by, I had a lot of hope and felt very strong about our choice to go with them. They do a very good job of being professional upfront and pulling you in to form that relationship quickly. I gave them a very firm price range that I did not want to go over to the point when they sent me the first quote and it was about $700 over I told him I was not comfortable with it. All of which I have in writing. We got the price down and even did a ton of labor on our own to bring down that price even more so we were comfortable with it. As the project started, there was decisions that were made on Truevine‘s behalf without a change order or without running any kind of decisions by us the owners. They state it was agreed upon but it wasn’t, they have no proof of it. They just went ahead and did most of it or told us they needed to do it, but did not give us a change order or associate any cost with it, but rather told us it actually would not cost us anything. I’ve been fighting now for months to the point of having to get my own attorney because not only did they double the cost of our quote without a change order or signature. But the condition of our lawn is terrible. The owner said the last time he saw it looked great, which was a day after he laid it, but this is now months later. We have had more than five professional licensed companies come out to look at it to make sure it is nothing we are doing wrong, and all of them have written reports to us stating the sod was not laid properly. The soil was not treated properly, and that they will not touch it because they don’t want their name tied to the damage done here. In addition to all that there was damage done to personal property as well as neighbors personal property and it was ignored denied and undermined. I do not recommend this company as you will be left with a mess like this unfortunately.
Professional, punctual, checked in consistently during project, got it done in two days. I felt the price was fair, and they left the area clean . I would recommend on a heartbeat before and after photos included
Crew of 4 removed and planted a 8’ evergreen. I appreciated their communication and the fact they were very persistent in locating the specific tree I needed in the correct size. They also identified why my previous tree died
