Reviews
Trust me Rooter was first to respond to my request, quoted a competitive bid, finished the job with filling in the needed wall cut out (something no other bidders would do) and completed the job the morning of the day after I confirmed my acceptance! What else could I ask for!
They were very quick to call back and sent someone right away. The problem was fixed quickly and they were very friendly and professional.
Excellent work! On time, professional and saved me a lot of stress and headache. Thank you so much!

I had a leak at the pipe at the back of my house and I needed repair done on it immediately. So I reached out on Thumbtack and was matched with Trust Rooter who responded immediately. The plumber who they sent out was very professional and diagnosed the issue almost immediately. He started working and within 20-25 mins the problem was fixed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them again.
Expensive, but quality workmanship.

Clean ,quick and quality work
Had them out for a free estimate. Great communication and very knowledgeable—he walked me through options and even suggested an access point from the drywall side to avoid breaking tile, which felt smart and considerate. Looking forward to the repair and hoping the final price is as fair as the service so far.”
Very professional
I got a call from them 10min after asking for offers. Very nice lady, explained that they do not charge for assessments, so I invited them over. She gave me many options when scheduling. I got text updates before the visit. Leo the technician arrived on time. Gave me an offer to try fix the part and an offer for replacing, which I only had to pay if fixing was not possible. The work was complex and difficult because the access to the pipe was difficult, Leo applied pressure and used the right tools and techniques, and was also very gentle and careful not to cause any damages to surrounding ceramic etc. We ended up replacing the cartridge after we decided it is not worth the risk to try and fix the old one and take risks. Leo made sure to test that everything is ok, no leaking, and that the water temp is good. He cleaned the working area afterwards. Was very transparent and communicative. Very pleased overall.
Raymond was absolutely wonderful, very knowledgeable and did a great job
Had to get my pipes jetted at an affordable rate, Jose and Miguel made it happen. Seeing the gunk taken out was gnarly but I’m glad they resolved my plumbing concerns. My best friend and I are new homeowners and there’s definitely more work to be done here but I will definitely reach out to them when or if I need their services again. Thank you!
