I had Trusted Hammer come out Sunday morning to put together a NordicTrack T Series 6.5 Treadmill. I've put together other walking pads, but this was def a step above those. The person they sent out put it together in about a hour and a half and it works great. Would def use them in the future for other things if I need it.

Joe provides quality work with professionalism and integrity. He is punctual, quickly diagnose the issues, clearly explains them. We had a long standing issues with a couple of doors for quite a few years which he wonderfully remedied.
He showed up late !! It took him. 7 hours to replace the insides of my one toilet!! Had an attitude the whole time !! I’d never let him do any other kind of work since he had so much trouble figuring out how to replace the insides of my toilet and he still didn’t do it right !! Plus he left the bathroom a mess aster I asked him if he cleaned up !! He got paid and ran out of here
Hired trusted hammer to repair an old toilet flange. He showed up two hours late from the scheduled time. He screwed the new flange in on top of my old one. The next day I was looking at my toilet and it was very crooked. I reached out to trusted hammer as I was unsatisfied and he had came back with a lot of excuses as to why it was crooked including blaming me, he also contradicted himself multiple times. I felt like I was getting the run around. Ultimately he agreed to come out and straighten it for no additional change which I appreciated. He showed up over an hour late the second time. It was not all bad as he did stay later than he needed to trying to fix a manufactures defect in my toilet which he did not have to do. I personally would never hire him again or recommend him to any of my friends or family.
