This company seems like complete rip off. I set up an appointment and got a call that the service fee will be in addition to any cost for repair. They do not count service fee even if you hire technician the same visit to fix it as they charge separately for diagnosis and then separate for servicing even though it’s done during the same appointment. They seem like a rip off, and there are many better companies out there. Will caution against this company and suggest going with better options or more genuine.
They were able to get it working after it was mis- diagnosed. They did also cleaned and check both of my systems. They came out on the times they told me.
They came out quickly and installed a new unit for me. I couldn't be there, so they called me throughout the install with followup calls to make sure I was happy with their work. It's the followup calls that make all the difference.
The technician came on time and gave us the quote . It was a capacitor issue that had to be changed. It was done.
