I was so impressed. I wasn’t really sure whether I needed to fix or replace my locks, and he knew exactly what to do. The best part is that his recommendation was not nearly as expensive as it could have been. Very pleasant person, excellent work, and trustworthy! Highly recommend!

Hugh is a consummate professional - hard worker, clear about costs and a joy to work with. He installed a lock in a difficult location on our side gate - very talented.
Unlocked my door and replaced the knob quickly! Great work!
Hugh was very persistant in completing a very challenging task. He was patient with the process. His professionalism stood out as he was very particular about the parts of the lock that could have been damaged. The value fell within range of other competitors. Very satisfied with the work completed.
Quality work and reliable. Responded to me within hours. Knowledgeable on his job role as well.
Hugh provided first class service. He was on time for the appointment, addressed the issues to repair my front door lock and followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the repair. It took experience and knowledge to know how to fix the issue and Hugh didn't miss a beat. The doorknob and lock were working great an hour later. Trusted Lock is now my "go to" for locksmith repairs.
