We needed to go a different way with the job, but he was very professional, courteous and responsive
Very knowledgeable, & professional. Highly recommend.
Really enjoyed working with this professional! He was easy to communicate with ahead of time, was very flexible with timing, came prepared, and finished the work very quickly. We asked him to replace a doorknob and lock and are very happy with the final work product. Highly recommended for future jobs!!
Rashad was great to work with on my fence repair. Will definitely recommend and use in the future if needed.
Rashad knew I was concerned about my gate being open so he showed up as soon as he could an got to work. Very efficient. I’d hire him again.
He does a great job every time. I'm recommending him to everyone I know who needs a handyman. 10 stars
Rashad did a wonderful and quick job installing my closet rods. I am very pleased with his services and will be booking with him again soon for future services.
Replaced the hinges of my front door and did a great job!
Despite providing clear written instructions twice via email and spending two full days discussing and agreeing upon the project scope, the individual refused to complete the assigned work at the last moment. Late in the evening, he sent an unprofessional email blaming others for his own failure to deliver, and immediately after that, blocked my number to avoid accountability — behaviour that is both immature and completely unprofessional. He lacks reliability, responsibility, and basic professional ethics. Hire him at your own risk. look at the photos i sent him and and the clear instruction.
Rashad was very helpful in getting the right materials ,and was very thorough in his work. Thank you Juanita
Installed my closet very well. Trustworthy and kind. Would recommend!
Definitely should not advertise as a painter. When I chose this "Painter Pro" it was based on the "rave" reviews. Hired to paint my white front door blue. I purchased top quality Sherwin Williams paint. Despite a 3 day hire lead, he arrived late, did not have supplies & was not ready to get to work. He ran to Home Depot and returned with a cheap hand roller & brushes, and a paint tray. No drop cloth, no wipes, and "fuel" for paint clean up. Did not remove the knobs or locks, but spent almost 2 hours...HOURS ...laboriously taping off. Almost 3 hours in, he began painting. One quart of Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel Blue SHOULD have been enough for the exterior. Same for the white for the interior. SIX HOURS LATER, he's almost finished, but ran out of paint. I bought more paint, he returned the next day to finish. Another FOUR & half hours later. These photos are his FINISHED work. He left, said he would be back with products to clean up the mess he made on my glass, metal and concrete. He has not been back. I went to Home Depot for paint remover and will be scraping & removing paint from my glass & concrete. Tough lesson learned, not every Pro is really a "pro." Nice guy, but definitely not a painter. Sorru. Cannot recommend for paint work. Maybe he is a better handyman?
