He put pool chemicals in my spa that rusted my spa and railings. I brought this to his attention and he acted like he didn't know it was the chemicals that did it. I got my spa fixed then spa repair man told me when spa is yellow that due to too much chlorine being used and the rust was due to pool man not using bromine tablets.

They are effective and do a great job. They communicate very well and send a report immediately after your pool is serviced. I have enjoyed my experience so far! There is no guessing what was done or what was added. Great price and great service.

T’s Pool Service has been great so far. They’re reliable, quick to respond, and easy to work with. If something comes up, they’re willing to stop by and take a look even if it’s not their normal service day. Communication has been straightforward and they’ve been very responsive whenever I’ve had a question. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience and I’d recommend them if you’re looking for a dependable pool service.

We were looking for a new pool service, because our now old one would often not show up. I contacted T's Pools for an estimate. They responded immediately and answered all of my questions during the weekend! They came out Monday morning and by Tuesday morning our pool and spa were sparkling clean. Their price is reasonable.
