Our printer was not working after we changed internet providers. We had 2 of our computer friends try to hook it up with no lunch. Thankfully we found Bocar (who is very patient) on Thumbtack. He fixed our printer in 10 minutes. He also helped me with my iphone and hearing aids. We recommend him highly and will use him again in the future.

I recommend with NO HESITATION! I sent the email to schedule an appt w/him and he was in touch with me that same day. He scheduled my appointment within 24 hours. In a matter of minutes, he set up my new printer to my personal email and my cell phone. He took extra care to make sure that I could print w/no problems from both of my above mentioned devices.
