Tech Allan Trowsdale, was great in the beginning, but after I discovered that the problem wasn't fixed, washer still leaking from September 17th when you first visited to now Oct. 9th he has refused to communicate or anything, now he was supposed to be here tonight, again no communication! First he said he'll be here at 430-7p, then to 730-8p now 830p no communication! Done moving on to another company!!!! DO NOT USE HIM!!!!

Alan arrived on time and troubleshot my Traeger 1300 XL smoker while working with a Traeger support person on his cell. He quickly determined the GUI (Computer) had failed. Being under warranty yet Traeger sent a new one free of charge. When it arrived, Alan arrived at the earliest opportunity and removed and replaced it. I would highly recommend Alan for any project.

I just want my doors back. I have tired multiple times to set a date for the return of my cabinet doors. My microwave was never installed correctly and to top it off my doors were never reinstalled.
