Deeply unprofessional & sloppy. Hired them to reface my kitchen cabinets & had to actually point out things like “the handles on those cabinets are lined up.” One of the slide-out cabinets under the sink broke. Took them months to get another door and all they kept saying is “it’s not a standard size” - which is not a thing they presented as problematic the THREE times they came to measure the kitchen. Then when the door arrived, the guy who installed it drilled a hole for the handle in the wrong place. I was told another one would be ordered. Followed up weeks later and was asked if I still wanted that (wt…), and offered $500 to just shut up, I guess. But I don’t want $500. I want my kitchen not to look busted. Then, even before the door arrived, the panel above it (sloppily glued on), FELL OFF. And the reaction I got was rude & unhinged. He said they’d offered me $1000 to fix it myself (incorrect… I’m guessing that’s was another customer they’d disappointed with their shoddy work? Because I was offered $500 & I declined). They said they would schedule it at their convenience. Waited 2 weeks. Reached out. Told it would be WEEKS before they had any availability. I give up. Learn from my mistakes and absolutely pass on these guys. They just don’t stand behind their work, and have no respect for you, or your time, or your home.

TTT did an incredible job with my bathroom renovations. They provided a very competitive pricing model and staffed the project with skilled professionals. End of day delivered on time, under budget, and with high levels of quality. As a former project manager, I could not ask for anything more with the renovations. TTT Ventures Capital should be on your vendor short list for home remodeling services.

My bathroom remodel project with TTT Venture Group LLC, went as expected. From the start, the initial walk-thru based on my desires, through the demolition of the original bathroom, rebuilding the infrastructure, to the installation of new floor tile, shower tile, new fixtures, a new commode, new medicine cabinet, and lighting, TTT Venture lived up to the professional and knowledgeable capabilities I expected.

I regret using them. I used them for a whole-house renovation and had many problems (and still do). Jay would say someone would come over to pick materials (floors, countertops, etc.) and they would never show. I would have to pursue Jay via text and phone calls for any response (of course, this was after he was super responsive during the selling portion of the transaction). I ended up being rushed into decisions from a very small number of choices on the day before or even the day of the start of that specific part of the renovation. There are still many things that are wrong - the drain in my bathroom doesn’t close, the water pressure in my other bathroom faucet is very weak, they approved countertops for my bathrooms after they measured for them and then cut into my wall to make them fit and used toe board to cover up the large gap between the side of the cabinet and the wall. My half bath toilet was installed very crooked. I had to pay $300 to have it redone. Painting was sloppy. After swapping several texts with paint color names, they painted my master bath the wrong color and had to redo it. They painted my bathroom cabinets and I had to put another coat on because they only did one coat and it didn’t look good. They charged me for a spare box of the flooring they used so that I would have it if I ever needed replacement planks down the road (not a small cost), and they never delivered it until I reached out months later, realizing I didn’t have it. Then they delivered it. Their cleanup and detail work were not good. They installed bathroom mirrors so low, we couldn’t see our faces in the mirrors. Small details were not addressed. We also said there was a lifetime guarantee on the work, but when I contacted Jay to have somebody come back and fix some of these issues recently, he didn’t respond. Now, I’ve decided I don’t want to throw good money after bad so I’m going to use someone else to fix the issues. They were terrible.

Mixed Experience: Great Living Room, Disappointing Cabinets We recently had our cabinets and living room repainted and unfortunately, our experience was quite mixed. On the positive side, the living room painting was done very well. The team was professional, efficient, and the final result met our expectations. However, our experience with the cabinet painting was disappointing. We felt that we weren't given enough options or guidance during the process, and as a result, the outcome in our kitchen didn't meet our expectations. The quality of the cabinet painting was below par, with noticeable flaws and inconsistencies in the finish. While we appreciate the effort put into the living room, the lack of attention to detail and options provided for the cabinet painting left us unsatisfied with the overall service. I hope they will improve communication and quality control in the future.

I ordered all of the surface materials myself for a complete master bath renovation, including tearing out a wall and replacing it with a shower door, so I thought I could get away with hiring a contractor rather than a designer. I decided to go with TTT Ventures, even though they were not the lowest bidder on my job. They came across as knowledgeable and responsive, so I thought it would be worth it to pay a little more. I should begin by saying that we are thrilled with the outcome, but the process and the price were more than we bargained for. Our house is 80 years old, so nothing that we have done is simple and straightforward, and I came into the project expecting that. I don't think that the project manager understands construction much more than I do. He did not review the materials that I purchased, and he left them sitting at Home Depot until he needed them. As a result, we encountered problems piecemeal throughout the course of the project as the materials were introduced to the workers. Some problems were not cosmetic and they required additional work, all of which we agreed to. The problem with that was that the PM did not push back the job after ours, even after charging an additional $1700 in labor (clearly a significant time investment). It's as if he thought the workers could make up the time. The vanity that I had ordered was returned damaged by UPS, so this did give me extra time to get a new vanity here by the end of the project. But we ended up waiting a minimum of two days for the work to continue because the workers were committed to a new project. Things really went wrong when they returned, because that is when they began to install the surface materials. I was told during the initial phase that the medicine chest I had ordered would not be able to be placed where I wanted it because there was a supporting beam in the way, which I understood. But I made it clear at that time that I wanted the sink to be centered underneath the new mirror location. Apparently the PM did not consult his experts, because the medicine chest was placed at the left edge of the sink by the workers, because they could not relocate the plumbing for the sink. If I had been told right away that the sink could not be moved, I would have had plenty of time to purchase a smaller vanity to center above the sink. But that never happened. In the end, they were able to chip into the beam and center the medicine chest, but they charged us an additional $250 to do so. The photo below is the work they thought we should accept (see the plumb-line down the center). And I feel that's a problem with this company: they do not communicate, listen or anticipate problems well. We were told that the project would just need an additional day to finalize, and the poor workers worked well into the evening that day and had to come back after working the other project the next evening. They stayed well into the evening again, and because I don't speak Spanish (the PM chose not to join them the second evening), they did not correctly finish the job, hanging towel bars where I had taped placement for shelving. By the time they asked us to approve the work, we could not have asked them in good conscience to stay later, so we now have a weekend project. Materials that I purchased were not picked up, set aside and ignored throughout the project. So I don't even know if some things, like the pop-up drain I purchased, won't work and should be returned or if the staff was simply too rushed to fool with it. I gave the company an average rating because we had a great outcome, but not a great experience.

Bannister or railing in stairwell came detached from the wall years ago from kids sliding down it when they were little. Finally got around to having someone reattach and booked this company on Thumbtack. They came out the very next day, arrived early and did a great job and also made sure it was more secure than it was originally. The new hardware attachments they purchased also look better than the original hardware that was on it when I first bought the house. Highly recommend and would use again.
