Jay kept in touch throughout the day as to timing. He was courteous and knowledgeable about the work to be performed. He outlined what was needed and was able to get the job done the same day. I will definitely be calling him for future projects, as well as referring him to friends. Five stars.
I wasn't getting any heat, and jay came over to fix it. He is very knowledgeable and explain to me what needed to be done. After a few test, he realize the problem and it was fixed 30 minutes later. I will be using him again.
