Where should I start? This guy is a fraud. We had an agreement to clean my pool for $500. He requested a deposit of $100, which l paid. Unfortunately, that was it, for almost 2 weeks he never showed up. He was given excuses on excuses for not showing up. Eventually, l have to request my money back. I wast time and energy l should have used to get somebody responsible and reliable. Please be careful. Thanks!

Quick response to get the job, schedule the job and when contacted about showing up..not till tomorrow. Tomorrow is almost over and not a word. Not reliable and should not have to chase down someone once you’ve hired them. Thank you for not showing or communicating. Do not come now…you are no longer hired

We hired Steve to replace a pool filter and light. Due to the set up of our back yard, no other pool service was willing to tackle replacing the light. Steve dug in and got the job done. He is the first pool service that was willing to do this and we’d been looking for someone for 10 years. The pool looks better than ever and all systems are working well. We were so happy with his service that we decided to retain him to service our pool on an on going basis.
he came out, spent nearly an hour going through my pool issues and doing some troubleshooting trying to figure things out. in the end, he left me with an in order to-do list of things to get my in floor cleaning system back to functioning properly before I have to sink a ton of money into my pool and for me that is awesome...others have expected me to just plunk down hundreds up front...so thank you so much for not being like them!! truly appreciate it!
Stephen responded to my inquiry within an hour. We had scheduled an appointment for the following day however he found time later the same day to come evaluate our cleaning system. He educated on multiple components of the system as he test the operations. We agreed to a plan for fixing my system. I felt I had an understanding for the needed repairs rather than moving forward on blind faith.
