custom tile is an honest worker, that works with you, is willing to re do things to ensure the customer is satisfied and is very trust worthy. He remodeled my shower after I had issues with a previous contractor due to health reasons, we discussed the plan and did the work for a competitive price. He kept receipts of all material and worked honestly and stayed in communication each day, notifying when he was on his way on a daily basis. if you want a quality bathroom remodeling, this is your guy. ensure to communicate your needs and he will take care of your house. he is very open to feedback and always discusses with you any main steps. 5/5
I had a fantastic experience with my bathroom tile installation. He was professional, had excellent prices, and got my small bathroom floor done in a single day. I am so happy with how it turned out.
Contacted by the owner right away. He did come give us a bid that was very reasonable! Said he could do the project in 2 days was finished just as promised! Work looks great he did the kitchen backsplash. Highly recommend!
The tile installer was excellent, and his work was beautiful. He is very responsive and cares about the work he does.
I’m extremely happy with the tile work I recently had done by Jairo. The quality of the work was excellent, and the attention to detail really shows. The entire process was handled with professionalism from start to finish, and communication was great throughout. Jairo was very responsive, reliable, and made sure everything was done right. I would definitely recommend Jairo to anyone looking for high-quality tile work. I’m very pleased with the finished result.
Great installation for a great price. Would definitely hire again
Jairo was the best Nucore vinyl floor installer for my Master bedroom. He was very responsive and knew exactly how to make a correct installation. He even installed some ceramic tiles that were missing that I had and was fast and professional looking once done. We will definitely use and recommend his services to others. His price point was extremely fair and reasonable. 5 star review!
I should just say they did very good work. My only issue was his punctuality saying he's going to be there and 2 hours later, He's not. But as far as craftsmanship he's really good. And I would use him again
Quality work at a competitive price. Very happy with final result.
Backsplash installed. Very dedicated service. Did a great job!
I would give zero stars if I could. This company has been nothing but a headache from the start. They promised the job would take less than a week, starting August 11 and finishing that Saturday August 16. Instead, they didn’t even begin until that Friday, and all they managed to do was demo of carpet, something that should have taken less than a day. The project dragged on far past the promised timeline with excuse after excuse, leaving me stuck waiting and rearranging my life. Communication was poor, commitments weren’t honored, and as a disabled veteran on a fixed income, the delays caused me additional financial strain. When a company makes promises, they should keep them — this one didn’t. I would never recommend them to anyone looking for reliability, professionalism, or quality service.
Jairo was a true professional and did an outstanding job of tiling our shower floor. He was quick to reply with a very fair and reasonable quote. He had good suggestions for the grout selection as well
Jairo completed a small, yet unique project for me. It involved cutting and installing marble backsplashes with angled corners, in a small bathroom sink nook. He did an amazing job; I was so impressed with him! He was prompt and thorough with his communication, very detailed in his work and with the project details we agreed upon, completed the job along the timeline I needed, and super polite and professional throughout the entire process. I definitely will be using him for all my future needs!
