Mr. Jones is exceptional...not only did he take the time to thoroughly explain everything that needed attention, but his report which was received the same evening listed everything we discussed along with pictures to back up his findings along with a detailed summary. Do not waste your time looking around for a home inspector. I would recommend him 100%
We were extremely happy with the attention to detail and professionalism from Turn Key Inspection. We were told the issues of the prospective property with detail and clear explanation. Definitely would recommend.
This company doesn't mess around. I was contacted quickly after submiting for an inspection, despite it being the weekend. Ian showed up punctual, patient, and professional. He was knowledgable and able to answer questions to expound upon any issues that were evident. You can't go wrong with the services of Turn Key Inspection.
Ian’s inspection of the property I am buying was professional and extremely thorough. The written report he provided was well organized, detailed, included photos, and was easy for me to understand. During the inspection, he made a point of showing me items of concern and answered every question I had. I recommend Ian enthusiastically and without reservation!
Home Inspector Ian, did a phenomenal job on the inspection. I was purchasing a new built home, he found things that the county inspector did not find. I submitted his list to the builders one week before closing, and would not close until all his findings were completed. Even the builders contractors said those were some good findings. I highly recommend Turn Key Inspection. The cost I spent for my own inspection was well worth it.
mr jones was AMAZING !!!!! he jusy didn't stand on the attic stairs, he crawled all the way to other side of house !!!! if he hadn't, we would not have known about the homeowners having 'mulch', thats right, mulch, as part of their insulation !!! he crawled all under house as well ! i was with him, asking questions, and he was sooooo knowledgeable, and patient' with me !!!! he took time to explain EVERYTHING !!! his report was best i've ever seen (i've had three home inspections, not same house). mr jones took TONS of picyures that showed very detail of all issues. i'm gonna buy him a pony !!! thank you mr jones, thank you thumbtack !
Used Ian for our home inspection. He was early, very thorough, and nice. Glad to hire him and if needed again, he will be the guy.
Ian was the most thorough inspector I have encountered. It is a newly built home that we haven't moved into yet, and he still took 4 hours looking at everything. Incredible job!
Ian was very punctual and informative I was impressed by how thoroughly he went thru the house. Very detailed in all his work. I give your company a 10 star rating even though he has to come back and reinspect what has to be fixed.
