He installed our water softener, RO system, and a new kitchen sink faucet, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Jordan was incredibly thorough and really took his time to make sure everything was done properly. His attention to detail was outstanding, and the finished installation was flawless. He clearly takes a lot of pride in his work, and it showed in every aspect of the job. He also did an excellent job explaining everything to us and patiently answered every question we had. We really appreciated that he gave us his professional opinions and recommendations while also listening to what we wanted and taking into consideration what would work best for us. He was knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and never made us feel rushed or pressured in any way. Jordan came out and installed a rheem am water filter ration system I bought from Home Depot. I asked for a quote last night on thumbtack and he was installing it by this afternoon. Very happy with the work and I would highly recommend. Super responsive and fast, clean service.

Turtle Clear was excellent! HIGHLY recommend. They were quick to schedule and give a quote, no run around or extra fees, very competitive on price and amazing on service and delivery. They arrived during the window time they said they’d be here and finished the job within a few hours. Very knowledgeable and helped me understand more than I did prior. If this allowed 10 stars I would give them it! Don’t look anywhere else!
Jordan at Turtle Clear was quick to respond and was available the next day to install my water filter. He did excellent work, and took time to educate me on maintenance of the filter.
Jordan was a consummate professional. He came and patiently listen to how I wanted my water softener installed. He ask questions that showed he was paying attention to what I said. When something I wanted would not work he respectfully explained why and suggested an alternative plan of action. I was super impressed with the quality of his work. You will not be disappointed!
