Very professional installer who handled everything with care, as if he were installing his own tv. He helped me disassemble my old tv, made recommendations on mounting height for my new TV while listening to my preferences. He even helped me move my old tv downstairs and into the garage. The final product was impeccable, as you can see in the photo.
