Initial call with him i asked for references as he's based in another state and taking work in New York. He hung up on me, saying I'm wasting his time. I definitely wouldn't use this company as he's very arrogant. If you're getting this type of response from an initial consultation, imagine what your project would be like. He's not even worth the 1 star he got

He ripped me off he said that the parts were going to cost me 5-6 hundred dollars. I had to pay him 1‍0‍0 dollars to lie to me saying that if I didn't get it fixed it would stick and flood my house. After he left I called samsung and they told me to shut it off and turn it back on and it will work. Did that and it works perfectly

Toufic is EXCEPTIONAL! Great communication, fast turnaround, extremely thorough and a pleasure to work with. The government agency I needed to get a permit from for my project has a reputation for having a process that is extremely difficult to navigate. The owner of this company is now blatantly lying responded to my review with nothing but lies. No text messages have been edited or deleted from the screenshots provided in my original review. He is now threatening my company with legal action for giving him a bad review due to his unprofessionalism. I never write reviews at all, especially not bad ones, but this one called for it be warned whoever uses this gentleman he will be threatening you and accosting you. If you do not answer him back immediately, and then he will chastise you the most unprofessional person I have ever worked with in my 20 years of professional experience. He keeps questioning me as my title with my company my work he has no idea who I am neither do I know who he is all I know is what he has shown me. Here’s another screenshot of what he sent me privately after he responded to my review in a very aggressive, malicious and threatening way. My advice to you is to keep your anger under control and to stay professional if you’re trying to grow your business when a person asks you for a quote that does not mean that they are promising you the job know where is it stated that I have promised you the job. Please post the screenshots of the conversation that you supposedly say that I edited. This will be my last review in regards to this gentleman. If you want to proceed with legal action, please do so we are a legitimate company and have not been around for two days. We also have all the proof and conversations back-and-forth with you nothing was ever promise to you. I was shopping around for “clearly like my messages state.
