He told me, no he promised me, he would complete the job and then stopped taking my calls.
Excellent job. I was impressed by how clean and professional is his work. Titus paid attention to details and results came out great.
The pool project did not work out between Mr. Hobbs and me. I am retracting my post only to withdraw my angered comments of seeing 'Project Canceled' when I was attempting to send him pictures of what I had done to ready the project. I myself did not cancel the project.
TW provided a quick and the lowest estimate to re-felt my 9-foot table, and was familiar with the manufacturer and construction of the table. He arrived in the promised window and worked all day to provide a quality renovation and expert knowledge. The end result looked very nice, and I highly recommend his work.
We hired Titus to reassemble, felt and calibrate our pool table after moving. He was incredibly hospitable, knowledgeable and took time to explain things to us. And his work value was stellar compared to others in our area.
My husband and I are so obsessed with the black top! Great job!
The craftsmanship of his work was excellent. He lacks communication and business savvy. We were constantly trying to get answers. We realized the problem with COVID issue and the lack of materials. That was never relayed to us until we pushed for answers. Once he had our liner he took forever to install. Seemed as though he over extended himself with too many projects that seemed more important than ours.
Excellent workmanship at a fair price.
Did an amazing job!!!
Mr. Hobbs did an excellent job on my pool liner at a great price. I highly recommend him.
Mr. Hobbs and his assistant are great. I bought an old table (1980s). He directly worked with the seller, accommodating her schedule. Transferred the table to our basement very carefully. Setup the table, refelt the surface, replaced bumpers. He is an old fashion pro who cares about the quality of his work. You can do business with him with just an handshake. He is very prompt and his pricing is very fair.
Excellent job well done. Replaced my cushions, cloth, adjusting and leveling the slate. Very professional work. Can’t go wrong with Mr. Hobbs.
Titus was simply excellent from initial contact to completion of the job. Hard working, honest and extremely decent. Work quality was great and we are very happy with the pool table. He worked meticulously on it and we’d recommend him to anyone without hesitation.
Mr. Hobbs was very polite and professional. He responded to one location to disassemble the pool table and delivered it to my home for installation and reassembly. He arrived on time, he was organized and kept his work area clean. Me Hobbs was receptive to all my questions and extremely knowledgeable about his field. The only reason I gave home 4 stars instead of 5 was due to return phone calls or messaging. Initially he was great but after we agreed to hire, his responses were not timely enough to my expectation so I could keep the other party involved informed and up to date on the service. That being said, I would still hire him again.
Titus and Daniel worked tirelessly to set up and re-felt a vintage snooker table for me. They were extremely good and worked with me to schedule a convenient timeframe. I could not be more pleased with the results!
Titus was super fast in responding with an estimate and scheduling to assemble and refelt our 8' pool table. He arrived on time and did and awesome job! Very professional and courteous. Would highly recommend for any and all of you pool table needs.
I contacted Titus on Thumbtack and within 20 minutes he responded to me with a quote to set up and refelt my three slab pooltable. He gave me a great quote and I was able to schedule him within 5 days of contact. He and his assistant were punctual, courteous and just genuinely good guys. We shared a few laughs and talked about sports. They worked quickly and were meticulous in every step of the process. Their quality of work and work ethic are superb. They even left me with a color matched box of chalk which is much appreciated! I will be referring them to everyone I know.
Titus did an excellent job refurbishing my pool table with new rubber and table felt. My 20 year old table looks brand new. You can feel confident he will do a great job.
Was very pleased with the job.
