Twin Cities Premier Plumbing responded extremely quickly with scheduling, coming out for a quote, and completing the job of replacing two outdoor water spigots. The plumber, Johnny, clearly explained the work before and after completion. He also seemed to pay close attention to the small details, like the pitches of the water lines, to make the work professional and long-lasting.

We had our standalone tub plumbing fixed with Twin Cities Premier Plumbing. They gave us a reasonable quote compared to others we had received. When they started the work, they realized they needed to custom order a new part. They kept us in the loop as to where the part was and rescheduled the service as soon as they had it in hand. Would work with them again!
A free virtual estimate, transparent pricing, responsive, kind & professional. I needed a replacement of our bathtub faucet that was leaking from two to one handles. Additionally we installed shutoffs to the shower and they replaced the drain pipes from the tub to the rest of the line. Their price was comparable to another company, but they listened more thoroughly to what I wanted and their quotes reflected that instead of upselling me at every turn. Worth the price!
Plumber was scheduled for the morning following my request. He was polite, explained what he was doing and finished the job quickly and did not leave a mess.

The gentlemen that came out did a great job. Looked over the project and give me pricing options. I was trying to get a shut off valve for my out side faucets, so they won’t freeze in the winter. He found a way to do a shut off for both faucets at the same time. I was extremely happy with the work.
Twin Cities responded right away and sent Johnny the following morning. He estimated the work and gave me several options. He completed the work as agreed, and I plan to work with him again on two additional projects closer to spring. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend them.
Attention to detail
I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining and giving me an error code. Called Centerpoint they said it was a plumbing issue. I got in touch with Premier Plumbing and they quickly fixed the problem. On the app they responded quick an we were easily able to set up a time for them to come out. They showed up on time. Very professional and didn't try to over charge me. I have no complaints and only compliments.
