Walter and his team did a beautiful job. They were on time, well prepared and very careful with moving furniture. He was also reasonable. I highly recommend him.

This is a hard working family run business. I can’t say enough good things about them. They restained my hardwood floors with a white stain which is not the easiest but they did it to the best of their ability. No complaints by them, just a hardworking team. Knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Two and One Cleaners when they refinished my wood floors. Their pricing was very reasonable, and I really appreciated that they were willing to take on my smaller project—it didn’t feel like I was overlooked at all. The crew was focused, efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing. Tory and Omar did an excellent job, and the results speak for themselves—my floors look amazing. My only “con” was more of a me thing than anything else 😄. Since I work remotely, I was worried about interruptions and found myself checking in on them more than I probably needed to 🤣. But honestly, they worked so smoothly and professionally that it wasn’t necessary. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend them!

Horrible job look on my floors. Charges almost $2,000 and didn’t fill in any dents or scratches. Abysmal standards and execution with having charged extra for services he did not complete. Job was quotes for 3 days and took over a week with 3 guys. Could not add all the dents and scratches because there were so many. Just know towards the end I just wanted them out my house.

Two and One Floor Cleaners completely transformed our space! We hired them to help with a flooring job—and they delivered beyond expectations. They ripped out old, dirty carpet, patched every hole, and tackled floors that were literally black with grime. By the time they finished, the floors looked brand new. They were professional, fast, and incredibly thorough. It’s rare to find a team that takes so much pride in their work. If you’re thinking about bringing your floors back to life—don’t hesitate. Two and One Floor Cleaners are the real deal!

Great experience as Walter and Troy are very professional and answered all my questions I had. Great job in the living. Spotless high gloss shine. I'm using them again to do my bedroom and bathroom. Great work guys!

Walter was very flexible due to my sporadic schedule. The type of work he said I would receive is exactly what was delivered. He also gave me advice on how to treat my floors for the future. In summary, I LOVE MY FLOORS

As my first Thumbtack experience finding floor cleaners, Two and One Cleaners was great to work with. Walter was very responsive, explained the process, provided a quote (which was perfect for my budget) and a COI for my building. I was extremely happy with my floors and I would highly recommend them!

Unfortunately the products used on my linoleum damaged the floor. The cleaning solution used etched into the tiles and whatever sealant is applied doesn’t cover it up.

This company is very communicative and respectful of the client’s schedules. An awesome job was done in my hardwood floors and laminate floors. Walter made some great suggestions in which helped revive my old looking floors. Now my floors look new and refreshed. They look and feel great! I’m loving it 🙌🏽🙏🏽

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Walter and team! My floors just wouldn’t come clean or stay clean. Who knew I needed them sealed and shouldn’t use harsh chemicals (even vinegar water!). They finished on time and they look brand new!!!!!

Our floor tiles are very old and where getting worse over time. After several attempts with DIY cleaning and using products that where causing more damage, I decided to hire a pro. I'm so happy we chose Two and one Cleaners. During our 1st phone consultation, Walter was very professional, and thorough as he explained his floor cleaning process, which made me feel very confident in hiring his team. He promptly followed up with an email and an estimate which was very reasonable. He arrived on time and started quickly. He had a tuff job ahead due embedded dirt and buildup on the floors. Furniture also had to be moved in the bedroom which was a major task in it's self. They completed the living room, hallway, kitchen and bedroom. They did an AMAZING job. We were blown away. The floors are so clean and shining so bright. These are very old tiles and they look better than we could have ever imagined. He also explained the PROPER way to maintain them. We are very happy with the work done and would highly recommend them. BTW.. Walter is a very nice guy! Thank You Two and One Cleaners.

Being that it’s our first time having a place that doesn’t have carpet, it was only right that we requested someone who has experience cleaning and maintaining all types of flooring! Walter was very knowledgeable about the proper steps for cleaning your floors and best practices to help maintain it! He is also very easy to talk to and I enjoyed our convo while he was cleaning the floors! I highly recommend him for your floor cleaning needs!!
