Patchy cut. Originally scheduled for Thursday morning. It was moved to Thursday at 4. I got a call at 3:58 to move the cut to Friday. I asked them to cut the grass short and it was not. We have some weeds in the yard that grow quickly—I was told it’d be an extra 20 if the grass was overgrown—the thin weeds we’re cut but it doesn’t look like the grass was touched at all. I was still changed $120 (extra $20) when my other guy does it for $80. He will be out this week to fix my lawn now that he’s back from vacation.

The first week was great. After that, the technicians ignored obvious things like a weed, growing up the window and weeds in the flowerbeds. The backyard was not mowed. But I reached out to their Support and they were great.

I was not happy with the services received by the individual they sent out for services and decided to search for a different company. They are very responsive and that is why I gave an average score.

The person that came out to do the Yard never contacted me and didn’t do what was asked and things were not communicated with the lady on the phone and with the person they sent out to do the lawn. I asked to have the number sent to me but they sent me his number and I just don’t feel the company is professional or very legit.

I am extremely disappointed with the lawn service I received. My lawn was cut when the ground was extremely wet and muddy, and the work caused significant damage to my yard. The mower left deep tire tracks and ruts throughout the lawn, with large areas of grass and soil torn up. The damage was so severe that the yard was left muddy and uneven. The situation was even more frustrating because the grass was cut during/after rainy conditions when the ground was clearly too saturated to support mowing without causing damage. My neighbor's yard was also damaged during the same visit. I have tried to contact the company to address the situation and cancel my recurring subscription, but I have had difficulty getting anyone to answer the phone. Because the service is on a subscription basis, I should not have to struggle to reach the company to cancel. The owner/worker also came to my door while I was not home. My doorbell camera recorded him looking around the property and approaching the door. While I understand he may have wanted to speak with me, I would have preferred direct communication by phone, especially given the damage that had been done to my property. I am now left with significant lawn damage that will require time and money to repair. I would not recommend this service based on my experience. This was my 3rd service with them. I do not recommend!!!!! No lawn maintenance company has ever left my yard in this condition, nor have they cut my grass during or after it rained. The photos posted are the aftermath.

Keep the same people that do a great job and use the same lines of communication throughout instead of switching numbers and emails. Verify that the people you are using are actually doing the work and do quality control. First visit was great. Everyone after that has gotten progressively worse with less communication and lack of care or quality control in regards to services rendered.

The gentleman that cut the lawn was awesome. However I hate that the service is by subscription.
