Excellent service, I am so thankful! Ulan was quick to respond and was able to come the very next day even though it was Sunday! Ran the tests, diagnosed the problem under an hour and fixed my furnace by replacing malfunctioning part for a very reasonable price. I would recommend his services for sure!
Ulan was very responsive and helpful. He was able to fix the issue within 24 hours. The price was higher than average, especially for the minimal time he was here, but he did offer a $50 discount on the labor cost. I would recommend him again, but I’d also check around for prices first.
My furnace stopped working when it was 0 degrees out. I took a chance and contacted Ulan. He showed up exactly at the time he promised and took about an hour to figure out what was wrong with it and fixed it. Hes very Knowledge and explained what was wrong with it. He even followed up the next day to make sure it's still working. I'm very happy with his work. Very professional and prompt.
shows up exactly when he said, came back for follow-up tuning and suggested pricing before doing the work on my furnace
Ulan was very professional and got my furnace back in working order quickly. Where others quickly pressure into booking an appointment without context, I appreciate that he took the time to listen to what I had to say and give honest opinions. He was transparent about the solution to the problem and the part needed, and educated me on what was occurring. I would definitely hire him again.
I had a unique project and Ulan was very efficient and got the job done quickly. Happy with the job
I highly recommend Ulan for heating repair services. Ulan responded promptly to my request for an estimate and clearly communicated the time he would arrive. He showed up exactly as promised, quickly diagnosed the issue, and immediately went out to get the necessary parts. Within a short time, my heat was restored, and everything was working perfectly. His professionalism, efficiency, and reliability made the entire process stress-free. I would absolutely recommend Ulan to anyone in need of heating repairs.
Ulan was at my house in less than two hours and had my heat restored in less than two from that. Was fair price compared to market
I am so grateful to Ulan for resloving the issue with my old furnace that for some reason stopped throwing heat. Ulan answered my service call and was at my place only in a few hours. He was polite, courteous and professional. Highly recommend.
