This is an update to my previous review of the company. He eventually did contact me about the job and explained the communication gap he experienced trying to reach me. Even tho we been talking on the app all along. For my inconvenience he did offer a $100 off the invoice and we have an upcoming appt. I will update here once the work is complete, but I expect not less than an exceptional job.

They were so fast, professional, affordable I would recommend them 10/10 !
I had a great experience with Ultimate Flooring Company from start to finish. Communication was clear and straightforward. Someone came out promptly to take measurements and provided a fair, detailed quote. Once I paid the deposit, everything was scheduled without any issues. On the day of service, three installers showed up right on time and got straight to work. They were efficient, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. In about 5 hours, they completed the entire second floor of my home and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The quality of their work speaks for itself; everything looks amazing. I highly recommend Ultimate Flooring Company if you’re looking for a reliable, professional team that delivers great results.
