Missed appointment two days in a row with no notice.
Replace office windows but put I. Thinner glass than was in originally and never replaced a missing window frame place . Now back to the drawing board to get someone to do what we thought they were doing for us . Becareful
The space under my kitchen sink had water damage that extended to the basement. Pedro did a beautiful job making repairs to my kitchen and replacing water damaged drywall. His prices are very reasonable and he brings enthusiasm to his work.
Pedro did a great job repairing the paint on our exterior door.
Don’t make appointments you don’t intend on keeping
I received a quote of $235 to install three curtain rods. These are very simple rods that can even be installed by an amateur like myself, and I clearly explained the type of installation needed. I only reached out to a handyman because I didn’t have the proper tools. His listed rate on the app is $45 per hour, and this type of job takes less than an hour. For comparison, I recently paid $220 for a garage door repair when the door came off track, which was a much heavier and more time-consuming job. Based on that experience, the quote for installing three curtain rods seemed unreasonable to me.
After verbal phone call and setup appointment for 12:00 pm he not text not call not answering and do not show up
while doing the touch up painting, got touch up paint on my white base board and didn't even tell me

He came in and resolved the issue right away. It was a simple fuse cartridge issue that I wasn’t fully aware of…would hire again he does all kinds of work!

Be more transparent on his pricing. Advertises $45/hr. Upon arrival Pedro wanted to charge $230 for a door adjustment and 2 GFCI outlets. Called 2 different pros who quoted $120 for the same job
He got 95% of the work that I asked him to do for me. Pricing is not listed accurately

Pedro delivered an exceptional job for the work I hired him to do. He is both knowledgeable and professional.
The work was done professionally and successfully. However, I was surprised that he didn't bring any plumbing supplies with him and had to go to a local ACE Hardware store twice to complete the job. I also thought the cost for the repair was much greater than it should have been.
He was fast and efficient.
