I am personally not into high pressure sales. I want customers to feel confident that they have hired our team. We follow the IICRC drying standards for water damage, fire damage, biohazard and mold remediation. Our company only offers testing through a third party as we consider doing the testing, and the work is a conflict of interest. Our service technicians use Xactimate which mirrors the insurance industry estimating software making this a faster transaction for our clients. It's important for our clients to remember we work for them not the insurance carrier. We document our workflow, utilizing technology and collaborate with our customers It is our desire to earn your trust, and receive a five star review at the end of the project

They will do whatever they can to get the most money out of insurance. There was no reason all the extra stuff “needed” to be done. They gave a sunshine and rainbows view of how insurance will take care of things. I have been scammed out of thousands of dollars for a simple clean up.
I initially contacted this business and was told a technician would reach out to schedule an assessment. No one contacted me during that timeframe. After I followed up with the owners, a technician did call and scheduled an appointment for the following day. Unfortunately, that appointment never happened, and I never heard back from either the technician or the owners. It has now been over a week with no communication. Clear communication and follow-through are fundamental for any service business. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.

Plumber report said it was a leak when the bathroom clearly flooded in a span of less than 10 minutes window and screwed up with insurance as they don’t cover leak as plumber report said that specific word and now i’m all screwed! Terrible company

45 seconds after I posted for help I received a call (this was at 9 pm). Deborah was so nice and helpful and helped calm me down stating that our mold issue wasn’t as bad as it seemed. She gave fantastic advice and seemed to really care. I didn’t have her team come out and deal with the mold issue but if I do I will update the review. Thanks Deb!

Ultra Clean was completely amazing to work with after my main bathroom has an unexpected water event. They came in quickly, knew exactly what they were doing, and reassured all of my fears while explaining absolutely everything. I could not have hired a better dream team!! Would hands down highly recommend!!!
