Reviews
Daniel was very personable, he showedi up on time and was a very hard worker. He took away all of the old carpet and padding. The hidden hardwood floors are ready to be refinished.
We spoke about a job, he stated he would provide written estimate via email he provided via messaging on the platform, he never did.
This company does great work, showed up on time , reasonable price, cleaned up after work and exceeded our expectations, our floor looks new again, I will recommend this company to family and friends , thanks so much!
Great work on custom shower remodel
This company did a great job with communication and were willing to work with me when I did the math wrong and did not have enough tile. They were very accommodating. Highly recommend.
He responded super quickly and the price and quality of materials were good. Showed up exactly on the time decided and delivered a great result in hours. The whole process from response to finishing took just a week. And the price was very reasonable and agreed upon in advance.
I had a wonderful experience with Umana Flooring. I was tired of looking at my old wooden floors and wanted to update them. I was contacted back the same day I reached out and someone came out the very next day to provide me with an estimate. They were able to complete my project within the following week. The turnaround time was very quick and the pricing was reasonable! I would definitely use them in the future.
The team did an excellent job replacing my floors throughout my house. Their attention to detail, promptness and quality of work are well worth the money spent. They also charged a fair rate. I look forward to hiring them again in the future and recommend them for your home projects.
Thank you so much Geo! You guys did an amazing job! Geo was professional he even went to Home Depot to get an extra riser for me because he knew I was working! He was so efficient! I love my stairs!
These guys are great, “Carpet Removal” I have to admit I had a hard tough down and dirty job for these guys and they did it well, cleaned up after themselves and were done and they knocked it out in just over 2hrs.
I had a great experience with Umana Construction. The team was very courteous, trustworthy and quality and craftman ship of the work done was outstanding. So much so, I've already recommended them to family and friends. Attached some before and after photos...
Geovanni arrived with only one person to assist him with leveling two bedrooms and installing laminate. They did not know how to use self leveler. Watered down material poured down the walls into the basement on three walls. Nothing level in the rooms. Fired them. We will have to remove all the leveling compound and start over. Left a huge dust mess. Very disappointed.
I am extremely pleased with the appearance of my newly installed porcelain tile . The price seemed fair. I requested a quote and two days later he showed up and finished the bathroom in 1 day. I will not hesitate using them again.
Absolutely excellent luxury vinyl tile installation, went above and beyond! I had set certain parameters to complete the job and when I came to see the finished product they had covered much more and in quick order too! Garage floor looks stunning, might be the nicest floor in my house now!
Geovanni was great! Work was great quality and awesome value. Very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Very happy with his work of replacing our bedroom carpet with wood.
Fast response, professional team, on time arrival, and expedited service. The team also helped with moving large furniture.
Giovanni and his team are exceptional. It started with a small job to refinish my floor but after talking I got a quote for other items. They have done an exceptional job painting 2000sft house, refinishing my floor. I also change the carpets on the top floor to hardwood and they helped refurbished a bathroom. This little project ended up being a big job because of the quality of work this team was producing. They were on time each day and everyday I had a clear communication of what was to be gone and what to expect. As a women I have had bad experiences with contractors before but my experience with Giovanni and his team has been amazing. I highly recommend his service.
