Reviews
Immediately following the completion of my service, I provided a 5 star review on the their website (after being asked to scan a wristband that went directly to the site). However, after their departure, I realized that there was damage to my wall from the equipment that ran from outside, through my foyer, and up the stairs. I respectfully reached out, and there was no accountability taken (not even an apology). It wasn’t a huge deal, I was simply providing feedback… I didn’t request any type of compensation or resolution, but the blame was immediately shifted— “It couldn’t have been us who caused that damage. We always use corner guards to protect your walls and corners…” This is not a high-traffic area and the walls and floors were professionally cleaned the day prior to their visit— there has no other service providers in the home, items moved up the stairs, etc. that could’ve caused this damage. I did not see any corner guards (nor did the other adult present), and am awaiting photographic evidence from the services provided at my home. I was provided a generic image of a bright orange piece that surely would’ve been noticed on my walls if they were used. Nonetheless, their response told me everything I needed to know… While I was pleased with the carpet cleaning service (hence the 2 stars) customer service is just as important, and given my experience, I will not recommend this Company, nor will I hire them in the future.
I scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment with Juan for Saturday at 2. He came at 8am which I didn’t hear the doorbell nor that was not the time we confirmed. I then called about an hour later to find out he blocked me on his phone. I was calling and texting getting no response. I called from another cell phone which he answered immediately. I told him who I was and asked why he came so early that morning as opposed to the time we discussed and confirmed and why he blocked me from his cell phone which in my opinion was very unprofessional. He indicated there was some sort of confusion and stated he could come later on that afternoon around the original appointment time which was 2 o’clock. I then received a text stating he would have to reschedule for the following day because he got a flat tire which at this point, I was very irritated. I will not be using his services anymore, but I must admit he did do a good job cleaning my carpets once he did finally arrive. My son had a conversation with him informing him how unprofessional he was with communication and blocking customers from his cell phone, reminding him that’s not how a person should run their business.
Umanzor Cleaning Services did exceptional work. My carpet looks new again.
Setting my appointment was a breeze, even when I needed to push it back a couple hours. Juan let me know when he was on the way and arrived on time. He walked through my 4 bedroom home and assessed the carpet and advised of the expected outcome. He cleaned all of the carpet upstairs and the stairs and did an excellent job. Not to mention it smelled great. I would definitely hire Juan again in the future. My new tenants were very happy.
What an amazing job! Not only did they show up last minute, it’s the best work I’ve ever had. A++.
Before on left and after on the right…..I loved the professionalism!
