I can not say enough. Jacob is an amazing chef and cool guy. He prepared a "5 senses" dinner in the dark and a "Bubbly Brunch" for my 50th birthday. The food was AMAZING, the presentation was phenomenal, and his presence was professional yet engaging. There were 5 of us, but my guest loved Jacob so it was 6. We had a ball and we're at times rowdy but Jacob rolled with the punches and made my 50th memorable and special. Jacob, from my crew to yours, you're the best!!!!!
