Reviews
My experience was exceptional except for the price, an unknown factor with all situations considered. The unit is working now as it should. Glad to have cool and reliable service which was provided by Colin.
Hired to install smart nest thermostat and program into phone. Tech never did it before and said I would have to program myself. Advertised $85.00 install price then said $250.00. It’s a small company. Don’t recommend.
Absolutely amazing service from this company. I was blown away by the attention to detail and professionalism! They knew exactly what to do, and they did a 10/10 job. Their initial communication was very professional, and their in-person service team was also knowledgeable and professional. I was so happy with the job that I’ll always use them, and would also highly recommend them to others as well.
Just moved into a new house and the inspection found a bunch of issues with the AC units. After shopping around for someone to come out, we decided on Under Control because of their reviews and ease of obtaining an appointment. They got someone out to our house the next day! Appointment was actually on time and very thorough. The Ironman in one of the units was fixed and both got maintenance and are running great. Professional, punctual, neat, and efficient. What more can you ask?
Great visit and quickly resolution for blower issue.
Very professional and honest opinion, came on time, keep me updated. Something very hard to find in south Florida these days.
Replaced thermostat with nest thermostat. Tech Luis was knowledgeable with thermostat and install went smooth…. Recommended
They solved an issue regarding my nest thermostat. They know what they do!
They were very professional, fast and helped with my issue. I would recommend them to anyone needing some ac/thermostat/ everything that has to do with ac work! If I could give them 100 stars I would.
