We have a large and very heavy fountain in the front of our house where the pump had died and was not pushing water all the way to the top to spill over. They replaced the pump and fix the inner tubing and it works perfectly now! I would highly recommend them.

They came and assessed my project and asked for a few pictures to be uploaded. A quote was given with an estimate fee and to date no response from company. Due to the long wait most of my fishes died. They are in holding tank for too long.
Tried to get a quote to get my aquarium moved to another location. I was told I will receive a quote yesterday evening but I still did receive a quote. Sent a text message back this morning 10:25am still no response or quote. Text back again told them a simple no what have been ok with me but to ignore customer is bad customer service and I told them I will get a quote from another I no longer need their services. Very Bad customer service
The person has done unfinished work took $350 and left the pond is left with nothing I already complained didn’t receive any help so far!
I highly recommend Ryan and Underwater Dreams! New fish owner here and I was clueless. Ryan answered every question flawlessly. You can tell he is very passionate about aquatics which makes me trust him with my fish and tank even more. We are so lucky to have found Underwater Dreams and are looking forward to having a beautiful aquarium. Thanks Ryan
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommend! They did an excellent job moving my 65-gallon saltwater tank! Very professional and careful. I’ll definitely recommend them and will be using their monthly service too.
I was about to give up on my Koi pond feature. Ryan said he hope he can change my mind and he did! I thought my pond has gotten too old but he told me it was actually a very well constructed pond and a lot of life left to go after nearly 20 years! I’m grateful.
Ryan was on a nearby job and contacted me about taking a look at our pond issue. He took a look and indicated that he could deal with it quickly. He was cool to work with, repaired it and charged a reasonable price! I’ve already signed him up to do more work for us!
Great couple of guys. They were very professional and were able to get the entire process done in just over an hour for 75 gallon tank. They gave me a lot of great recommendations on how to keep everything cleaned. I will definitely be using them again next month.
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ryan has been incredibly helpful with maintaining the aquarium at our business office. His professionalism and knowledge have made a big difference in the health and appearance of our tank. We’re currently working with him on a new project to restore an older tank and replace outdated equipment, and he’s been proactive every step of the way. He was able to quickly assess the issues, explain what needed to be done, and deliver a timely solution. I highly recommend Underwater Dreams for any aquarium maintenance or restoration needs. I will absolutely be working with them again—10/10!
