Elder and his crew were great to work with. Extremely professional and our new lighting looks great. He also helped secure a few loose bricks in a walkway which was super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

My project looks beautiful and was done quickly with detail. Elder was easy to talk to and very helpful. I’m so thankful they were able to work around my schedule. I would highly recommend this company to anyone
Elder was so helpful and provided great suggestions and resources for our renovation. He also checked back after the work was completed to make sure everything was ok. Very responsive
easy to communicate. can fix all kinds of problems. thorough and nice work.
The team did a wonderful job installing my new door, they were responsive and did the work quickly with a great result
Hired Elder to restore a flooded basement. He did a great job, was always timely, polite and helpful. Made a lot of great suggestions and was always on top of the details. Brought it in on time and budget. Used him for a bathroom reno.
I strongly advise against hiring this handyman. He was completely unprofessional, unresponsive when problems arose, and showed no willingness to resolve issues. He recommended painting the bathtub, which resulted in a disastrous outcome. He also failed to properly replace the bathtub faucet, causing water leaks. Despite repeatedly claiming he was responsible and promising to fix the issues, over a month passed without any resolution. He kept saying he would come and repeatedly broke appointments. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had. I will never hire him again and strongly recommend others avoid him as well. I have attached photos of the painted bathtub, and the damaged ceiling caused by water leaks, as well as text message records for reference—please take them into consideration before hiring.
Elder did a great job with our butcher block countertop. We needed it cut due to the window coming out further on one side. He was able cut, sand, seal, and install the countertop.
Elder and his construction crew did an amazing job installing new flooring and adding a wall in my home. From the beginning, Elder was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything clean throughout the project. The quality of their work is excellent — the new floor looks beautiful and the added wall blends in perfectly with the rest of the space. Elder also gives very REASONABLE/AFFORDABLE pricing and ONE YEAR PLUS WARRANTY for his work. This was my first time using Thumbtack, and I’m so glad I found Elder through Thumbtack. If you’re looking for a reliable and skilled construction team, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be reaching out again for future projects and have highly recommended Elder and his crew to all my friends and family members!
Elder was great to work with! He was extremely professional, prompt and completed all of the work to our satisfaction! He installed 2 flower boxes in the front of our house, the metal edging around our garden area and fixed a few pieces on our deck that were loose. I would recommend him to anyone and will reach out to him for future projects
