Repair was done quickly and affordably and looks good.
Cesar and his team are all amazing. Would 100% recommend for any work you need done.
Cesar is very honest and professional. I’m very happy with the job done. I would definitely hire him again.
Caesar was very responsive and professional. His team did a great job on our roof. They were tidy and left no mess around for us to clean up.
I would absolutely recommend United SA Construction. We were thrilled with the work Cesar and and his team completed on our house. We engaged United SA to replace the roof, all the trim, install some new windows and replace our door. Cesar kept us informed of the progress, clearly set expectations for when work would be completed. He would promptly communicate when any issues arose. His team were pleasant and prompt. I was impressed with their dedication and work ethic. The estimate was spot on and we could not be more happy with the final product. I would plan to hire United SA again for additional improvements.
I hired United SA for siding repair (cedar shingles), to replace all my wood casings with PVC, and to replace my attic vents. They were very good. Punctual, professional, and did all I originally asked for and were willing to do more as I eventually asked for. I highly recommend them and would hire again. I live in Portsmouth, RI and they arrive each day by 8:15am and worked until dusk. They cleaned up every day.
We had an older roof that needed to be stripped and the planks removed and fixed or replaced with plywood. At this point we had the job quoted by 5 other contractors, each of them with a similar offering from GAF. With the pitch of my roof, we needed a ventilation system to ensure the life of the roof. It’s important to me to have a project well presented and explained because it’s in my nature as an engineer. It’s also important that I let the contractor tell me his best way of achieving the project and then evaluate based on personal research. Unlike other contractors, United came onsite and got on the ladder and inspected the roof, this lets me know I’m getting an accurate quote and not a guess based on the sq/ft. They also made a suggestion to solve my roof ventilation issues. When it came time to do the job, the communication was great, texts ahead of time to let you know when the materials were arriving. The team showed up and did a great job. It was very efficient covering the side of the house while they stripped the roof to prevent damage to the house. Now that it’s completed it all looks great. The team put everything back the way it was before they started. I thought I got everything out of the way they needed but they took care of the stuff I missed and put it back when they were done. We slo requested a certain day, which was accommodated.
Great customer service!
Cesar is a great communicator and conducts himself like a true pro. His workers are truly skilled professionals who are punctual and very courteous. I highly recommend this company. I told Cesar after the job was completed I hit a home run by hiring him. I didn't even mention the value which most of us are concerned with and I can attest you also get that indeed.
He was very quick at responding to my questions and his prices were reasonable.
Excellent communication so far!
As soon as I requested for help. They responded right away and was able to give me a quote when I sent them a photo. Please use them, had a great experience
They worked quickly and went the extra mile to make sure my roof was repaired. Waiting for the next storm to see if it rains in my house.
Cesar and his crew were very professional and very punctual I would definitely recommend them , I had at least 6 other contractors come to my house and some gave me estimates and others said they would and they never did , Caesar showed up and did exactly what he said he would do ,If your looking for a trustworthy contractor look no further, they replaced half of my roof and a skylight and gutters ! 👍👍 2 thumbs up from me , Thanks Cesar and crew
I am very happy with my experience of the entire project! Excellent communication throughout the whole process! We got an estimate pretty quickly, and the work was done the very same week. Very reasonable price. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others!
Great job.
Rec'd an estimate and the work was done the following week. Great team! Did an amazing job on a small siding and roof repair o couldn't get others to even come out for estimate. Will be hanging on to their card for bigger projects.
You cannot go wrong with Luis and his team. Replaced some shingles, cornerboards, fixed gutter and repainted my whole house. It looks gorgeous and all my neighbors are jealous.
The bad news is a tree fell on my rental property. The good news is the repair looks great! S.A. Construction took care of it all- underlayment, water shield, shingles, drip edge. facia... It looks flawless. All for a super reasonable price as well! I would absolutely use them again.
