Unreliable contractor. Unable to honor his proposal estimate and claimed he miscalculated the cost.

The Universal Construction crew were fantastic, they were very communicative making sure that each step of the project was addressed in the manner we were hoping for…they were also polite, respectful and professional, everything you’d be hoping for when a crew is working in and around your home. We will definitely hire them again for projects and we’d recommend you hire them too, they were super helpful and incredibly professional.

Universal Construction Inc did a great job with the roofing. Leo was very professional and extremely helpful. They were able to incorporate all my detailed requirements like removing one of the skylights and doing the interior work needed. They did a great job with roofing. The crew was very punctual, professional and courteous. New roof installation and post install clean up were done very well. Their prices were very competitive. Work Quality was superb. Highly recommend them for anybody looking for good quality roofing job.

Fabulous experience with Leandro and his crew. From the initial reach out to the completion of the job was within one weeks time. Not a single nail or piece of trash left behind. Arrived on time, spent all day on task, and left the yard and back porch spotless! Highly recommend their roofing services.

Wonderful experience with Universal! During our initial consult, Leandro noticed all the issues with our roof right away. I was impressed since I already knew about all the issues prior, so I knew he was legit. He got us a quote only minutes after coming by to see our roof. Universal Construction was very professional, courteous, and prompt. Not only did they replace our room, but it was like they weren’t even here. They cleaned up the yard and put everything back in it’s place. With 3 young kids that hate wearing shoes, this is a big deal! I highly recommend Universal!!!!

I had an excellent experience working with Universal Construction. They responded quickly, was clear on the work to be done, explained the process, quickly provided estimates and worked with us to get on the schedule. Leo was easy to talk with and his supporting staff are professional and polite. The work was done as scheduled, place was kept neat and clean. Neighbors even had compliments on the crew.
