The team was excellent and worked hard to finish a difficult move!
Excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional, efficient, very friendly, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They worked hard, communicated well throughout the move, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this moving company. Special thanks to Alex, Robert, and Ray!
Very friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. Going above and beyond. Great attitudes
Great team on site and on the call. I wish they could dispatch 3 or 4 people instead of 2. My move took 10 hours and it was 3 bedroom only and the distance was 3 min. The workers were working very fast but it was noticeable that there was lack of worker issue.
The two movers (very clean cut and professional young men) showed up on time. They were very nice and did their jobs expertly and efficiently. They wrapped some of the furniture so well, you would think they were wrapping and transporting priceless museum pieces. We were extremely happy with their work and would hire them again in a heartbeat. Price was very competitive compared to other moving companies. No complaints at all. Everything showed up to the new place without even a scratch. Great job!
I recently used Universal Moving OC for my move and I was extremely impressed with their services. The team was professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time and worked quickly to pack and load my belongings. Everything arrived at my new place in perfect condition and they even helped me set up some of my furniture. The pricing was fair and there were no surprises or hidden fees. I would highly recommend Universal Moving OC to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient moving company.
This is one of the best movers I have ever used. They are professional, on time, and get the job done to perfection. The customer service is amazing, and they always have a smile on their faces. They handle my stuff with care and are very responsible. I have used them for multiple moves and will continue to keep using them. Thank you, Universal OC Moving!
