My pro spa service man was very professional and pleasant. He knew exactly what to do. He didn't waste any time getting started or putting things away when he was done. I was thankful he could repair it for me. I tried several other places that wouldn't even come out to look.

Diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately it was a problem he couldn't solve.
I was having trouble finding someone to fix a couple leaks in my hot tub that prevented me from using it for several months. Universal Spa had no issues and came out rather quickly. They fixed my problem and even let me see what was the issue. Just finished filling up my spa and doing a balance and couldn’t be happier.
