David did a great job, replacing and repairing damaged wood on my shed. He also installed a solar floodlight above my garage. If I have any future plans or projects, I’ll definitely call on him again. Outstanding Work!!!

He was quick and responsive. Thank you.
I wanted to have Christmas lights installed on the roof line of my house but had no idea of what materials or lights I would need to achieve the look I wanted. I came across David's profile and from the moment we spoke I knew he was the right man for the job. He took the time to discuss all the details with me and provided me a bunch of options and even sent me Amazon links to make sure I would get the correct materials for the job. I ended up going with lights that David already had on hand and he gave me a complete package deal that saved me a lot of money. When he installed them he took his time to make sure they were perfect and exactly where I wanted them and even took leaves out of my gutters so the finished look was all neat and tidy. Needless to say, I would highly recommend him and his services!! David, so sorry it took me so long to write this review. I absolutely love the lights and so thankful for your patience, guidance, and great quality of work! Thank you again!
I cannot recommend "David Mantsevich" enough! I have a particularly tall house that makes holiday lighting a challenge, but he handled it with ease. What impressed me most was his work ethic; he worked through the day and well into the evening, even when it started raining. He stayed committed to making sure every bulb was perfect and the display looked stunning. Professional, brave, and incredibly hardworking—if you need lights done right, he’s your guy!

David did a fantastic job fixing up my old backyard building/shed. He installed a new roof, doors and flooring. He was very professional and worked very hard to finish the project. He cleaned up and was very accommodating to my schedule. No one wanted to fix my shed but David was willing to and it looks great and doesn’t leak now!

David did a great job replacing an old fixture and old fan. He was very responsive, was able to get the job done ASAP and was the most economical. He arrived on time and got the job done in a few hours. I will use him again the next time I need something done!
David was phenomenal to work with. We hired him to install light fixtures. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He even brought additional hardware to hang the fixtures which was right on time because my mounting hardware needed to be replaced. When the work was done, he cleaned up the work area. I would definitely hire him again. Thanks David!
