I made and had an appointment confirmed. Just to be messaged, not even called, an hour before scheduled time to cancel on me. Telling me the pitch of my roof is too steep for their company. Yeah. Okay. But, an hour before? Ugh. Just disappointed

Bad service. Did the service of washing exterior walls and gutters. The gutters still can see the stains on it. They Didn’t clean the bee nests underneath of the soffit, then lied to me the bees built back the nests after they clean. That size of the nests at least take 6 months to build up.
Really effective power washing on a very dirty siding… The house looks great.
They did a great job pressure washing my front driveway and back patio! Everything looked brand new!
Fabulous! I’m very happy with the whole experience. I was able to get an appointment within three days, and everything looks so bright and clean now. Thanks out to Eric for a job well-done.
Set a time and date to quote the job. No call no show. Was failed to be notified that the person showing up had prior commitments. Not the business model I would practice but to each his own I guess.
I had a bad day. It was a bad roof cleaning. I took before and after photos of the roof cleaning , so you can see how well they cleaned it. A few days ago, I posted a request for Roof cleaning on Thumbtack, and Upright Exterior Services contacted me with a quote. I chose their standard cleaning kit at $599. After working for half an hour this morning, two attendants told me the job was done. I was shocked when I looked at the roof. The moss was still attached to the roof just as it had been before it was cleaned. They hadn't blown the leaf fragments off. They tell me you need to add $400 to make the moss fall. I refuse to raise the price. What I'm not satisfied with is that they didn't tell me in the quotation that if I chose the standard cleaning package , they would just sprinkle the potion on the moss and the moss would not fall off. So I wouldn't have chosen them. They just lured me with a low price, if I wanted the roof clean I had to pay $999, if I didn't agree to pay $999, they made $599 for half an hour. My 2800 ft house only shows Moss in the photo area, no photo of the area is clean. I would like to say that my neighbor's Roof cleaning cost $695 a month ago and another company cleaned their roof so clean that there was no moss at all. I hope my experience can help you. Choose this company carefully.
They did great! Were early for our appt and got done in good time. The house before and after are so good! They were very helpful and accommodating! Thanks again!!
Travis was a pleasure to work with; he communicates well, showed up on time, did exactly what he promised and left the patio/driveway/walkways looking fabulous! Bonus is that he has professional truck mounted equipment that cleans the pavers without blowing out all the sand. And because of his specialized equipment he is able to work quickly while still providing quality results (and I did not have to listen to hours of machine noise!). I highly recommend Upright Exterior Services for pressure washing. Thank you Travis.
UpRight Exterior did an amazing job of restoring my back fence and making the turf look new again! Thank you!
