We had a great experience with this company. Their team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. We appreciate their excellent service and would gladly recommend them to others
These guys worked all day and would not leave until they were sure I was completely satisfied with everything moved to the right rooms. They were awesome. Prices were great as well.
The team worked hard and got me moved. Everyone was friendly and courteous. It was a big job and they handled it with ease. I would definitely recommend Upscale Expert Movers for any job, large or small.
Winston and Bryson was very professional and a pleasure to work with, they made my job very easy and was very punctual with moving my items. I really appreciate their hard work and would definitely hire them again for my next move. 😊
It wouldn’t let me click all of them! They were so kind, professional, fast! It was like family came and helped me move. I called them last minute and they CAME THROUGH! Lifted such a big part of my move off my shoulders. They will be my call every single time. Thank you so much Winston!
Excellent moving company! Winston was quick to respond, very easy to work with, and extremely polite and professional. The team worked incredibly fast while still taking excellent care of all of our furniture. Everything was handled with care, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, efficient, and courteous movers!
Winston and his crew showed up ready to work! I was shocked at how fast my house was packed up and loaded into the truck, and unloading was even faster - they are super efficient. They made sure everything was in the place I wanted it before they left too. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone moving into the charlotte/lake Norman area!
Super nice and professional. They did an amazing job getting my new home in order
Winston and his company are the best! Always accommodating and professional! And he’s such a great guy!
Winston and his team showed up on time with all the right equipment. They wrapped and packed carefully our furniture and things. We had a lot of stuff and it was a long, hot day and it rained a bit later, but they worked tirelessly without complaint. A few minor scratches on things but they did a great job. Highly recommended.
I’m very pleased working with them. Good communication. Paid attention to what goes where and made sure it was all to my satisfaction. Highly recommend
A quick, professional and well managed team, arrived on time and performed the work seamlessly! Would highly recommend!
I spoke with Winston. He gave me great advie on preparing for my move and how to get the most out of his services.
Hired for the move from 3200 ft2 to 2600 ft2. Highly professional handling. Polite and responsive during entire move for full 1.5 days. Very friendly and nice people. Lucky to hire this company for my moving.
Winston and his helper were great. I only used him for packing, but wished I had known he could have handled the whole move going out of state. I have no problem recommending him for all of your moving needs.
They can be honest when they break a furniture that they are supposed to be moving and not pretend like it didn’t happen.
Winston and his team did a fantastic job loading the uhaul for our move to Texas. We can't thank him enough for everything.
After posting the type of job that I needed done Winston responded quickly. He was professional and patient as I explained to him that a previous mover had scuffed my new hardwood floors to a point that I needed them refinished. We discussed the need to be very careful with some heavy furniture. He said he would do the job himself along with another experienced mover. They arrived on a Sunday morning completed the job in about 2.5 hours and moved on to their next job. The guys were professional, courteous, and wanted to make my wife and I feel comfortable with this experience. I highly recommend Upscale for your move. They did a great job for us!
Winston and Carl did a phenomenal job. They were incredibly responsive during the booking period and made it super easy to schedule. They did a great job and were very careful with our items. I would highly recommend and will be using them in the future!
