Reviews
Great company! Very detailed inspection work, couldn’t ask for more! Super shout out to Sean Simmons and Trevor for their excellent work!
Great experience with my pre-sale home inspection. Easy and accommodating to schedule with what worked for me and was able to have the inspection done within 48 hours of my initial posting to Thumbtack. Garrett and Sean were professional and thorough and the Roof inspector from Eco was also excellent and straightforward. Would recommend them completely.
It was great to work with Jenny and her team! Would absolutely recommend this company.
Garrette was an excellent and very friendly guide. He explained the process in detail and answered all my questions. Would definitely rehire!
I will preface by saying the inspector was nice and on time. However, I feel like the job was rushed, nothing was taped where fixes are needed, and the inspection was nowhere near as thorough as other inspections I have had nor what my neighbors have all been getting. For the price point, it’s not great. I did text message the company, but have not heard back yet. I will update my review as needed and will message here as well.
The team was great, and came out on short notice 👍🏽
I was not able to use them at this time, however they were very professional with setting up the appointment and very understanding when I had to cancel. I will use them when the timing is right
The Upspect inspector took us through the house and outside to the exterior and explained what he checked for and what he found. He also answered various questions my husband asked and sent us his report later that evening at the time he said he would. He was professional and friendly. Upspect also provided us with a digital home binder where we can keep all our information for the house in one place. I would use them again.
Trevor was our initial contact, and he was very responsive answering any questions we had and setting the inspection. Garette was the inspector, and he was top notch at everything. He was very professional, punctual, and thorough. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and communicated details well. Very satisfied with this company and would highly recommend!!
I picked Upspect based on all the great reviews to do our home inspection. They did not disappoint. Highly recommend them.
