If I could have chosen all 5 of the options for rating Upstate Electric, I would have! I was contacted quickly, and the technician, Andrew, worked with us to set up a convenient time as quickly as possible to solve our problem. When he came (on time) he was efficient and did the job professionally, obviously knowing what needed to be done. And, he did not leave until he knew everything was working right. He also made sure we understood that if there was an issue, let him know and he would come back. We have him in our phone now as a contact. If we need help with anything electrical, we will be calling Upstate Electric!
Installed two ceiling fans quickly leaving no mess or boxes behind. Explained how they work and helped with a couple other items around the house. Would highly recommend.
I hired Andrew to resolve a wiring issue with my lamp post that was not turning on and replace the post head. He is a really great electrician and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to resolve the electrical issue with my lamp post and he replaced the post head. Overall great experience and I would highly recommend him. I’ve included some before and after pictures.

Consistently high quality work. We highly recommend them for any electrical projects.
Andrew is the consummate professional. He gave me a free estimate for my project, and even recommended the light fixtures that he felt would work best for us. He was able to work with our schedule, and arrived ahead of schedule. His pricing was extremely reasonable. Thanks for the great service!
I highly recommend Andrew from Upstate Electric for all of your electrical needs. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and personable! I usually install my own light fixtures, but when I received this chandelier, I realized quickly that I was out of my league. Andrew came in and made it look like a cake walk! I love my new chandelier and I couldn’t be happier with the results! His pricing was fair and his work was high quality. I’ll definitely be reaching back out to him for our continued electrical needs! Book him today!!! Highly recommend!
I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrew from Upstate Electric, and I couldn’t be more impressed. As a Master Electrician, Andrew demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise while troubleshooting a complex issue with the three-way switches in my garage. Despite my 25 years of micro electrical engineering experience, I found myself stumped after some painting work required me to remove existing wiring. The setup was complicated, but Andrew quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem with precision and efficiency. What truly set him apart was not just his skill but his willingness to explain his process along the way, ensuring I fully understood what he was doing and why. Andrew is professional, highly intelligent, and incredibly kind. His deep knowledge and methodical approach make it clear why he holds the title of Master Electrician. I would highly recommend him and Upstate Electric for any electrical job, whether routine or highly complex. If you’re looking for a top-tier electrician who gets the job done right the first time, Andrew is the one to call!
I recently hired Andrew from Upstate Electric LLC to upgrade my electrical meter can from 100A to 200A, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, Andrew was a consummate professional. He was incredibly knowledgeable and skilled in handling the entire meter upgrade process, and he took the time to clearly explain everything to me. What truly impressed me was Andrew's dedication to communication. He kept me informed every step of the way, coordinating seamlessly with the inspector and the utility company to ensure a smooth and efficient process. He went above and beyond to get our power back on quickly and efficiently, the day before the New Year no less! Andrew's pricing was also very fair and competitive. He provided a detailed quote upfront, and there were no hidden surprises. It's clear that he genuinely cares about his clients and their well-being. I highly recommend Andrew and Upstate Electric LLC to anyone in need of a trustworthy and skilled electrician.
