Kyle was the representative and he was amazing. He listened to all my questions and concerns and addressed them promptly. He also worked with me on the price to make sure it would fit within our allotted budget (within reason). They started the work within 2 days and completed the project immediately. The work was done well and Juan was amazing at explaining the steps and confirming we were happy with the layout. It’s not very often that we’ll have a project go without a hitch at some point. But this thankfully was one of those rare occasions that things went well from start to finish. We had a dog run completed with leftover turf from a previous job. Work was done exactly as they said it would, and it looked great. Everyone was professional and timely. Carlos and his crew were thoroughly professional - worked very hard. They used the best materials creatively - made my backyard look so beautiful. Added some touches which made the turf look so realistic - I had large, beautiful boulders in my yard and they carefully trimmed the turf to incircle the boulders - even put some turf around the edges to make it appear as if the grass was there before the boulders were placed. I am thrilled with the result.
