He was able to get my fireplace working quickly and efficiently
The team was not only on time but quick to solve our fireplace issue as well as take care of one issue we weren't even aware of. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them. Give them the chance to offer you to best possible customer experience!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Ryan was so helpful and got someone out to our house within a day so that our fireplace works for Thanksgiving. Tom is the best. He squeezed us in and was very knowledgeable, nice and professional. He fixed the fireplace in like 5 minutes and cleaned it up, too. I highly recommend USA Supreme Services!
Tom notified me when he was about 30 minutes away. He was friendly and knew exactly what to do with my Heatilator gas fireplace. He had replacement parts in his vehicle and was able to get my fireplace working again. I will request him again if I need gas fireplace repairs.
USA Supreme Service was easy to work with. They responded and scheduled me quickly. Tom called to let me know he was on his way, located the issue with my fireplace, and fixed as well as cleaned it. It now runs and looks better than it has the 6 years we’ve lived here. I was sent my invoice which included the two year warranty for the part replaced. I highly recommend.
Got our problem with the fireplace fixed, even though it was a little more involved than expected. Tom and his assistant certainly knew what they were doing!
Quick, efficient, reasonably priced. Open to applying todays service free to future if run into additional problems. High service!
Our technician was Tom. He did a great job, got our fireplace repaired same day, and educated us. This seems like a great company and they were fast and very responsive. Thank you!

Update: So now I am being defamed by allegations of insurance fraud! If you have proof of this insurance fraud activities, please provide them. I do not recommend this company. I got a chimney chase cover installed to replace the original chimney chase (1984). I have lived in my house since 2018. Was out of town for most of the storms that came through from 2018 - 2021 and have never had any problems with the chimney. Got the chimney chase replaced in March 2022 and the first rain with strong wind, water is coming in the flue. Just dripping inside the fireplace, side of fireplace. Notified the company and the technician checked the installation and decided there is no problem with the installation. The next hard rain with strong winds, the same thing happened. Water just dripping inside the flue and all over. Contacted the company again to let them know and the fight of what could’ve happened and what they did and what I did and what needs to happen starts. I finally hired another chimney professional and just by looking from the ground, he already had comments. He finally got to the roof and immediately said that the reason why rain is coming in is because there is not wind driven rain suppressor around the cap. I told the manager this and her response was that they only replaced the chimney chase. Ok. So whatever prevented the rain driver rain to come in the house before is gone. Thrown away by the technician when they installed the replacement chase cover. You would think as the owner and business owner her response would have been ok let us correct that. Instead, I was called a liar and unreasonable for wanting a leaking chimney fixed. So here’s a photographic story of the work they did for me and I’ll let you be the judge. I do not recommend this place at all! The last photos are what they did to attempt to repair the leak.
5 stars across the board! USA Supreme Air exceeded my expectations in every possible way. They came, they saw, and they conquered. I mean it! They completed the jobs days earlier than anticipated which is a sure way to make a customer happy. Tom is an excellent communicator who takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond in every respect to ensure that his clients are happy. Thank you for completing my home renovation and making it cozier than ever with my beautiful, new, electric fireplace!
USA Supreme Air did an amazing job cleaning my ducts! The air inside my house felt cleaner immediately afterwards and their pricing is unbeatable. I highly recommend them!
