We reached out to USAT Homes and they came to check out the bathroom the next morning. We originally were not sure how much of our bathroom we wanted renovated, but knew we needed the tub area retiled. We asked for quotes for different parts of the renovation and they were very amenable and priced out each part for us. We ended up having them do a full tub replacement with plumbing, and tiling the tub and floor as well as glass sliding door installation. The job took about 6-7 working days, and turned out beautiful! While we had already picked out the tiles and vanity we wanted, the owners were happy to jump on a call before our project started to talk through the design choices, give their opinion, and make sure the room would come together. They took care of all ordering to make sure we had the right amount/parts and we just had to pay. I felt like we truly got to have our voice heard for what we wanted in the bathroom with less hassle. I highly recommend them for anyone’s projects!
I had an amazing experience with This company. They came, went over everything with me, very patiently, after receiving the quote I met with Alina at floor and decor to choose materials and she basically guid me through the whole process. The guys were super professional as well, they covered my floor and bedroom furniture, they were super polite as well. I am very happy with the final result and the overall experience, and highly recommend shiran and Alina for any renovation project that you might have!
The USAT homes team was phenomenal to work with. Shiran and Alina, were fantastic GC for the job while being out of state to help coordinate the whole house remodel. Would highly recommend.
We could not be happier with our experience with USAT. What started as a bathroom remodel turned into adding a bonus room as well as replacing all of our interior doors. The process from the start was efficient and positive. Alina and Shiran listened to our ideas, but also stepped in where their experience told them to in order to guide us to the best possible outcome. The end result was perfect! Our bathroom could not be nicer, and the extra room is really going to change how we use our house. I will also add the construction team was prompt, kind, always cleaned up, and worked so hard. Our neighbors commented how they could not believe the days the team put in to finish our project quickly. By the end of the project we were already coming up with ideas for the next one. I couldn’t recommend then more!
They did a great job remodeling our guest bathroom. Alina and Shiran were both knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Their crew was very professional, considerate and good at their work. I look forward to our next project-the master bath. Thanks again!
Shiran and Alina are very professional and their responsiveness is top notch. We appreciated their business model of labor only quotes. This way you know exactly the material quality used for your jobs. We found the labor estimate very reasonable. We also appreciated how they accommodated our busy schedules with personal and business trips, to get the job done. Be aware though, we asked for a ballpark estimate for material costs for jobs of similar size and complexity and the estimate provided was between $3K and $6K. Our actual material costs were $11,882.86, which were for a full master bathroom remodel and a guest bathroom remodel of just the vanity area. Obviously, we chose some high end features that contributed to the increase but just be aware that once you are in the middle of the project, if it is your house, you are going to want to treat yourself (like we did) so budget accordingly beforehand. The glass work is not included in their initial labor estimate, the contractor we chose quoted us for $1405 but it hasn’t been installed yet so you won’t see it on the pictures of this review, FYI. Their working crew was super professional, friendly and always received feedback with a smile on their faces. We definitely LOVED the final results and would ABSOLUTELY hire them again for future projects. Lastly but equally important, we loved that it is a company owned by WOMEN!!!! Great job ladies!!!!
I met with Shiran and Alina because my shower was leaking, and the renovation was urgent. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule, helped me pick out all the materials, and completed everything within a week and a half. I can highly recommend them to anyone looking to renovate their home — they truly go above and beyond. Choosing them will be the best decision you can make!
We remodeled a Jack and Jill Barhroom with USAT. I couldn't be any happier with the experience and work. A female owned company is also badass!! Very professional, efficient, great communication. Brought my vision to life. Before and after
We were super happy with our bathroom remodel. We got more than we imagined. They were very busy with other projects but squeezed us in due to time constraints and we are so thankful they did because not only was completed in time, but it's absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this company!
Alina, Shiran, and Sergio are all attentive and professional. Both our bathrooms renovations were beautiful! Alina and Shiran checked on the bathroom projects every day. Sergio are his workers were very polite and diligent. They all did a great job!!
We recently used Built Blocks Construction o remodel a bathroom in our historic home. I appreciated all the attention to details and responsiveness of the entire team. The workers in my home were on time and polite. Alina helped me choose the design and accessories to pull it all together. We love how it turned out. Thank you!
