Reviews
Utah Radon Service provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. Gabe was highly knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, they did a great job.
The installers were thorough and the installation was clean and quick.
Handled everything quickly and efficiently. The guys cleaned up after themselves too.
Utah Radon Services reached out same day, put together a quote over the phone, answered all my questions thoughtfully, and showed up promptly when they said they would. Their guaranteed radon level and warrantees were the best of all the quotes I received and the fan noise is hardly noticeable. The project manager made sure everything was in order and the installation team was courteous and professional. From first contact to job completed was just two days! I would recommend them in the future.
Utah Radon Services called me within 1-2 hours after my request had been placed on Thumbtack, they were able to give me a price over the phone based on some information about my home, and they got me scheduled for the very next day to have the work done. They seem like a really solid company who does lots of radon mitigation systems in Utah, they seemed to know what they were doing and answered all my questions. The whole thing was really easy to get done and I'm happy with the outcome.
We had a good experience with Utah Radon, aside from one major issue- the outlet they connected the radon mitigation system to doesn’t work and hasn’t worked since we moved in. Rather than asking us about alternative electrical connections, they just used the closest they could find and didn’t bother to check the outlet or ask us about it first. So now we have a great new radon mitigation system… that doesn’t work. I guess we’ll be looking for an electrician now.
Utah Radon offered great service to us. The installation went very well. I can say the went above and beyond to ensure we are happy customers.
It was very easy to work with the team and Russ was a great guy. In some they we're responsive to our needs gave us fair pricing and took time out to explain everything to my wife and I. I would recommend them to anyone
Good experience. They forgot to seal our floor until we pointed it out, but responsive in coming back to fix the job
